Problem

Worked fine for a few months. Cannot login to app. Locks up ipad

What happened to paid app?!

It keeps crashing on me and wont open beyond the pass code window. Please fix this.

CRASH!!

The current version of this app keeps crashing on my iPhone 5. I tried deleting it and reinstalling and it still crashes. Help!

Great app when it isnt crashing

Loved this app BEFORE the update that "fixed" the crashing issue. Now when I try to open it, it freezes and then crashes. It was a four- or five-star app before the last update, now its less than one (but since I cant rate it a partial star, one will have to suffice).

Wont open all my finances lost!!!!

the app wont open! I know Im stupid for keeping my checking register here but its all gone and thats all I used. Im in a panic! I need this fixed so I can access my data. please!

Used to be helpful good app

Used for a long time upgraded to paid app for more than 2 repeating transactions is worthless now app does not even work do not get it worthless just keeps charging same repeating transaction 5 times every time I open the app

Crashes

This is by far my favorite app for tracking my bank accounts, but since the latest update it usually crashes before it even opens. Once in a while it actually opens but is completely unresponsive. Hopefully there will be another update soon to fix this issue. Until then, I will be forced to use another app to track my accounts.

Great features, horrible ads

I almost never write reviews, but I must say the feature set of PocketMoney is impressive as I would expect of a mature software package, but its very difficult to evaluate when ads keep popping up over data entry fields. Regarding crashing on opening, that was resolved by closing all apps from the app cache and rebooting my phone.

Update crashed it all.

Worked fine for a few years until the update crashed all my information and account. Now I cant open or use it. Now I cant access years of my accounts. Had to delete the app. Would like to use it again. Already paid before to use it. Luckily I backup all my accounts to my email every few days. But I dont see any way to reconstitute that backup for all that was lost when it permanently crashed. Dont see a way to not have to buy the whole thing over again, since it crashed and had to be deleted it because Pocket Money screwed up the update. Why not, say, have even ONE person, spending only a few seconds, just test the new update before it is launched to the world? Very dissappointing to pay for another crashed app.

Four stars for releasing that last update, making your app users beta testers again.

This App use to be my favorite, but now this app is the worst app I own!! The pop up ads have made this app a living nightmare. I almost wish I never updated this app, before my app was working just fine, now its a disaster! Please fix ASAP!

Have always loved this ap! Yes occasionally it might have a crash issue but its still worth it!!

Love it - but I cant see the dates any more when choosing the date of a transaction. The calendar is blank-there are no numbers.

Loved this until the calendar stopped working

I upgraded to io7, and now I can only enter info for the current date. It makes it difficult to manage my account if I cant put in past or future dates. Please fix this problem.

Everything was great until...

This stupid thing locked up on me. A message that one of my bills was overdue popped up refused to go away and allow me to change said bill to its current status. I couldnt access my accounts AT ALL. Sooooo frustrated!!!!

iOS 7 issues

I love this app but the latest update is crashing frequently at random times. I also have the same issue as some have reported where the calendar is blank (no dates) when scheduling a transaction.

Was great until...

There are no dates on the calendar. I just have to guess where the right day is then keep changing it until I choose the correct day. I also have an alert for an overdue payment (after entering an old transaction) it will not go away! My account is locked because I cannot get past the alert. If this isnt fixed soon I will have to delete the app and start all over with a new app.
